The 4 Pack Opalescence Whitening Gel is sufficient for a whitening treatment of one week. This corresponds to the duration of treatment recommended by dentists. You should wear the 16% Whitening Gel for 2-3 hours per day.
Most of our clients repeat the whitening treatment once a year to have their teeth permanently white.
The gel may only be used with a custom-made whitening tray (not included).
