The 4 Pack Opalescence Whitening Gel is sufficient for a whitening treatment of one week. This corresponds to the duration of treatment recommended by dentists. You should wear the 10% Whitening Gel for 4-6 hours per day. You can also wear the whitening trays with the 10% Opalescence gel overnight.
Most of our clients repeat the whitening treatment once a year to have their teeth permanently white.
The gel may only be used with a custom-made whitening tray (not included).
